When buying this membership with Warrior Fight Club Ltd. you agree terms and conditions.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase this subscription.

When you purchased monthly membership, payment will be automatically charge every month until cancelled by the member.

If you no longer attend sessions, it is your responsibility to cancel membership.

Warrior Fight Club Ltd. will not refund any payments if the member no longer participates in training and has not cancelled the membership.

When cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled.

Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund.

Please note that if you have insufficient funds in your banking account we are unable to take your payment and your subscription will be cancelled automatically.

If you have received an email that you subscription was cancelled but you wish to continue training with us, you will need to purchase your subscription again from our website, before class starts.

Your purchase is non-refundable.

Your membership is personal to you and its non-transferable.

We do not accept cash for kids and junior classes.

For adults classes we only accept cash for pay as you go.

You can contact us by e-mail, live chat on the website or by phone.

IF YOUR CHILD’S MEMBERSHIP WAS CANCELLED AND YOUR CHILD STILL ATTEND THE CLASS WE WILL CHARGE YOU £10 PER CLASS UNTILL YOU WILL BUY NEW MEMBERSHIP, FEE MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE CLASS STARTS.

If you wish to cancel your membership, please log into your account and do so through our website. If you cancel your membership through your bank, your card will be refused if you attempt to pay again.

The club may open/close earlier during public holiday periods. Facilities may also close for occasional special events. Notices of these will be sent via social media pages. No refunds will be available for these periods.

If you have any questions, please ask a member of staff.

Fighters receive additional sessions with silver memberships free of charge only if their membership wasn’t cancelled during a 12 month period. If your membership was cancelled for a period of time longer than 48h you must pay separately for additional sessions or fight camp.

Warrior Fight Club Ltd. or our sponsors may cover full or partial tournament expenses only if membership wasn’t cancelled for a period of time longer than 48h in 12 month period.
