Warrior Fight Club – Membership Terms & Conditions

1. PRINCIPAL TERMS

​

  • Membership is subject to these Terms & Conditions, which may be updated from time to time. Submission of an application form constitutes an offer to join Warrior Fight Club under these Terms and Club Rules.

  • Warrior Fight Club reserves the right to reject any application for membership.

  • This agreement begins once you accept it during the online sign-up process.

  • You agree to comply with the Club Rules, which are displayed in the gym. These cover opening hours, use of facilities, and conduct. We may reasonably update these rules with prior notice.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership.

  • All membership purchases are non-refundable.

  • Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

  • For monthly memberships, payments are charged automatically each month until cancelled by the member.

  • We do not accept cash payments for memberships.

  • For adult "pay as you go" classes, we accept cash or card payments.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

​

  • After cancelling, you are no longer a member. To rejoin, you may need to reapply and pay applicable fees.

  • Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the membership start date to cancel for a full refund.

    • If you choose to start your membership immediately and later cancel within the 14 days, a fee of £10 per session attended will be deducted from your refund (as per Regulation 36).

  • It is your responsibility to cancel your membership if you no longer attend sessions.

  • Warrior Fight Club will not issue refunds for members who stop training but fail to cancel after the 14-day period.

  • When you cancel a monthly subscription, future billing will stop, but you will not receive a refund for the current period.

  • Cancellations must be made through your online account via our website.

    • Do not cancel through your bank; this may prevent future payments and class attendance.

  • If your payment fails (e.g. due to insufficient funds or card changes), your subscription will be cancelled automatically.

  • If you receive an email confirming cancellation but wish to continue training, you must purchase a new subscription from our website before class starts.

  • If your child’s membership was cancelled but they continue to attend, you will be charged £10 per class, payable before class starts, until a new membership is purchased.

3. MISCELLANEOUS TERMS

  • The club may close early or fully during public holidays or special events. Notice will be given via social media when possible. No refunds are provided for such closures.

  • We are not responsible for any delays or failures to meet our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control.

4. FIGHTERS’ BENEFITS

​

  • Fighters with Silver Memberships are eligible for additional free sessions, only if their membership has not been cancelled within the last 12 months.

    • If your membership was cancelled for longer than 48 hours, you must pay separately for fight camps, gear, or additional sessions.

  • Tournament fees (fully or partially) may be covered by Warrior Fight Club or our sponsors only if the membership has not been cancelled for more than 48 hours.

  • Fighters whose memberships were cancelled for over 48 hours are not eligible for perks such as pad work with coaches or other benefits.

  • Sponsored fighters must wear SIBIGA FIGHT GEAR equipment during training and events.

6. PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT

​

By purchasing a membership, you consent to photos and videos of yourself or your child being taken and published by Warrior Fight Club staff for use on:

  • Website

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • YouTube

  • TikTok

  • Other social media or marketing platforms
